What the platform is built on

  • Many sites in one organization

One organization, many sites, admin and member roles, and a scan policy configured separately for each site.

  • Findings backed by evidence

Every finding carries structured evidence: the header, the value, the URL. The raw tool output is preserved as an artifact.

  • No legal verdicts

We report what we observed and recommend fixes. Interpreting it legally is up to you and your advisers.

Scanner modules

Each module runs as a separate task per URL, handled by its own worker. One module failing never stops the others, and every module returns findings in the same normalized shape.

How it works

Four steps from adding a site to tracking its history.

  1. 1.

    Add a site

Add the site to your organization and set its scan policy: which modules run, the maximum number of URLs, the crawl depth and the request rate.

  2. 2.

Run a scan or set a schedule

Start a scan whenever you need one, or let it run on a recurring schedule. The platform works out which URLs to check and creates one task per URL per module.

  3. 3.

    Review findings with evidence

You get normalized findings with a severity, technical evidence and a recommendation, broken down by individual page and by whole site, with the raw tool output kept alongside.

  4. 4.

    Track history and reports

A stable fingerprint lets the platform recognize the same finding across scans, so you can see what was fixed, what came back and what is new. Export it as a PDF report or get an e-mail alert.

Built for teams managing many sites

Agencies and in-house web teams work across a dozen or several dozen sites at once. The platform is designed for that, not for a single site.

  • One view of the whole portfolio

Sites live in one organization with the same severity scale and the same evidence structure, so comparing them stops being manual work. The dashboard shows which site to look at first, and coloured tags let you group and filter sites by client or kind.

  • A scan policy per site

A high-traffic shop and a small brochure site do not need the same scope. Modules, URL limits, crawl depth, request rate and schedule are set separately for each site.

  • Admin and member roles

Admins manage the organization, its sites and policies, and invite colleagues by e-mail. Members work with the results. Access groups can limit a member to selected sites. Access is scoped to your own organization.

  • Something concrete to show a client

A finding with technical evidence and a recommendation is something you can put in front of a client or an IT department, instead of a vague "something is off".

The questions we hear most

Is this uptime monitoring? Will I get a legal assessment? How will the scanner treat my site? We answer plainly.

How do I get access?

Page Lookout is open by invitation. Request an invitation through the contact form and we will get back to you. Already invited? Sign in at https://platform.pagelookout.com/sign-in.

What exactly does Page Lookout scan?

Publicly reachable pages on the sites you add to your organization. The modules run against them: security baseline (HTTPS and redirects, the TLS handshake and certificate expiry, security headers, server version disclosure, cookie attributes, mixed content), performance (Lighthouse, on a fixed list of up to 20 pages per site that you can edit), accessibility, technical SEO, cookie and consent observation, visual changes and AI search.

Is this uptime monitoring?

No. We do not continuously check whether your site responds and we do not send outage alarms. We analyse the technical quality of pages at scan time, whether you start the scan by hand or leave it to a schedule.
