Pricing questions
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every amount is a net price. VAT is added to the invoice according to the applicable rules and the buyer's tax status.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A subscription can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee.
How does the annual discount work?
On annual billing you pay for ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free. The amount is charged once a year up front.
What is a page-scan?
One page scanned once is one page-scan. Scanning a site of 200 pages once is 200 page-scans, and scanning it again the next day is another 200. Every plan has a monthly page-scan allowance, and scans of every kind draw from it: scheduled daily or weekly, or started by hand. A 150-page site scanned every day uses about 4,500 page-scans a month.
What happens when I use up the monthly allowance?
The allowance is the limit of your plan for scanning pages in a month. If you need more, contact us: we can move you to a larger plan or agree a higher allowance.
How often can scans run?
On every plan you can run scans daily, weekly or on demand, and start one by hand at any time. Enterprise schedules are agreed individually. What limits you is the monthly page-scan allowance, not the schedule: every scan draws from it. For example, a 150-page site scanned every day uses about 4,500 page-scans a month, which fits Starter. A 500-page site scanned every day uses about 15,000, which fits Team. An 800-page site scanned every day uses about 24,300, which also fits Team. A 1,000-page site scanned once a week uses about 4,300, which fits Starter.
Does performance measure every page?
No. Performance runs a Lighthouse measurement on a fixed list of Performance pages for each site, up to 20 per site by default. The list starts with the home page and the pages closest to it, and you can edit it. Enterprise can agree a different number.
Are all scanner modules included in every plan?
Starter, Team and Business include security, technical SEO, performance, accessibility, and cookie and consent observation. Visual changes and AI search come with Enterprise.
Which currency are the prices in?
Euro. Every amount on this page is in euro and net of VAT. Enterprise is quoted individually.
